A home continuing to be classified as “C&S-Analog”

in the DAS areas
will be subject to the special data processing explained in 3) above.

But this classification of “C&S Analog” for homes in DAS areas will
continue only until December 29, 2012 after which homes will be
permanently classified – this activity being timed with the 2013
universe update.
Note that:
Starting December 30, 2012 (Week 1, 2013), a home will be classified
only into two possible groups in the DAS areas – “NCS” and “C&S
Digital”. “C&S - Analog” as a classification group in the DAS areas will
cease to exist. This is shown in table 3b below.
Along with the universe update of Week 1 2013, homes will be
(
re)classified based on their status as on January 5, 2013.
The term “permanent” in Table 3b above refers to the permanent removal of
“
C&S Analog” as a group for homes in the DAS areas.

The nomenclature of ‘C&S Analog’ is only nominal, this mode of channel reception
having ceased to exist legally.
